How it works:
1. Purchase your spot! Non-refundable $25 fee, this will be credited towards your final price.
 
2. Look out for an email from me within 24-48 hours with more details about your order! Please respond asap! 
 
3. We will discuss and agree on what you want for your customized knitwear, this inlcudes sizing, materials, pattern, colors, pom pom choice, etc. 
 
4. I’ll let you know the price, and send you an invoice. You will be required to pay HALF of your invoice within 72 hours. This half is non-refundable! The other half will be due before your item in shipped out.
 
5. Once invoice is paid I will order your supplies needed for your order. I will update you once your order is ready and send you photos of your completed items to make sure you are satisfied with the final product. You will then need to pay the reminder of your invoice for your item(s) to be shipped out.
 
6. You can expect your custom order to be shipped out by September 8th. If FULL payment is not recieved for your item by September 8th your item will be put up for sale in my stock.
